Join us for a fun filled day at Priory Court Community Centre on Sunday 22nd July. There will be lots of games and activities for you to enjoy provided by stakeholders and user groups of the centre, along with live music performances throughout the day. Food and refreshments provided (subject to availability). Free of Charge.
We are looking to be able to deliver an exciting new project at Priory Court called ‘serves’.
This is a fun tennis based activity with a foam ball for ages 8-18 and is intended to be delivered by trained volunteers, which means people of any age can get involved, and so is fun for both big and little kids alike.
We are keen to find a number of people interested in volunteering to deliver a weekly session at Priory Court.
The training and equipment is provided by the Tennis Foundation, a national charity who have been running the project successfully around the country.
Here is a link about the activity produced by an existing group https://youtu.be/N0bkqv_IWRc

Every Wednesday we have a drop-in sessions in the IT suite where you are welcome to ‘drop-in’ and use the computers of the facilities as you need. Recently, we have launched a tablet taster workshop which runs alongside the drop-in where a local digital champion will be on hand to help you with an tablet related queries. If you have a tablet but aren’t that confident in using it and would like some assistance then the session would be perfect for you! If you do not have a tablet but are interested in learning how to use one, then you can still come along as we have tablets which you can use to gain skills.
Every Wednesday 2pm-4:30pm
